**Return Policy for Shashiveda**


At Shashiveda, we prioritize your comfort with our return policy. You have 3 days to return most products if they are damaged or not as ordered. After this period, returns are not accepted, and Shashiveda will not be liable. Please contact our customer care team promptly for any returns. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds for items that are not in saleable condition or are damaged. 


Note that opened medicines, food, personalized gifts, and cosmetics cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. Faulty items will be accepted in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Returns without a receipt will not be accepted. Refunds may be issued to your chosen payment method but can take up to 3 months depending on circumstances. Cashback and vouchers are subject to change based on company decisions.
